Happy International Women’s Day—today, I’m thinking of my Grandma GG and my Great-Grandma Fannie and my Mom who fed and nourished me and so many women so that we could be strong and confident. Thank you to all the women who came before and those who are yet to come.

Monday: Salmon Grain Bowls with Walnut-Arugula Pesto

Tuesday: Creamy Vegan Slow Cooker Mushroom Barley Soup
